Experience stability in poses held for several breaths to several minutes. These longer holds offer time for students to enter a meditative space and facilitate slow and safe release of connective (fascia) tissues. With a focus on internal awareness, cultivate a still mind and soothe the tissues of the body, improve joint mobility, develop flexibility, reduce stress and anxiety, rejuvenate and restore to better adapt to the changes and challenges of every day life.
