26 Bikram poses with a twist, including variations of Hatha and Vinyasa asanas.
 
This workshop is a great class to explore yoga in a heated room as the sequence of postures focus on standing, balancing, and spine-strengthening at a slower pace so that the practitioner has time to learn and grow. 
 
Benefit body healing and come away with a sense of empowerment!
