A fun prop assisted class that blends yoga stretching and pilates strengthening without being too intense. Enjoy a full body fusion that emphasizes balance, core strength and leg toning to execute creative movements gracefully. Come strengthen and lengthen from head to toe.

Available to all levels, beginners are encouraged. If you have your own pilates ball please bring it,otherwise we will supply props.
