In this Sadhana, practice, we will explore liberating expressions of mind, body, and breath within the ambiance of candle light. This fully guided class helps link the natural rhythms of the breath to the movements of the body helping the student relax, feel grounded, increase concentration, engage with their surroundings, and stay present in the now. This all levels slow flow helps build both mental and physical strength and flexibility in a non aggressive way. Here one begins to explore more deeply how qualities of the mind are affected by changes in the body, cultivating steadiness and ease while exploring how to expand and refine the breath. In this hatha, restorative influenced class we will give the body time to open up, flow through varying sequences of movement, and have ample time to relax and let go of the day.
