I began my yoga journey over 25 years ago. I was an eager student and loved the way yoga allowed me to move my body and calm my spirit.
As a middle and high school teacher of 33 years, I understand how important it is for a person to find a way to handle the day-to-day stresses that can overwhelm us. However, it was many years before I started the process of becoming a 200-hour certified teacher in 2016 so that I could share my love of yoga with students of all ages and body types. Sharing yoga has allowed me to teach in different environments: studios, parks and weekend retreats.
I believe yoga can be beneficial to all and I offer all my students a chance to experience the joy of this practice with all its rewards.
